Link cannot be opened
Section titled “Link cannot be opened”Check Open and download subscription files first. Most cases are expired links, revoked links, or wrong passwords.
Seeing HTTP 413
Section titled “Seeing HTTP 413”This usually means a file exceeded the current size limit. See Plans and quotas.
Seeing HTTP 429
Section titled “Seeing HTTP 429”This usually means the current project hit a monthly usage limit. See Plans and quotas.
Assistant cannot find configuration
Section titled “Assistant cannot find configuration”See Login and API keys. Working in the web UI does not automatically mean your assistant environment has valid credentials.
Appended file does not appear in the original link
Section titled “Appended file does not appear in the original link”Confirm you appended to the correct subscription and the new object reached ready status. See Append files and Projects and default project.
Wrong results after switching projects

Does everyone need an API key?
