- If prompted, enter password
- Review file list
- Download required files
If unavailable
Section titled “If unavailable”“Not found” or “no longer available” usually means the link expired or was revoked. Confirm with sender.
If password fails
Section titled “If password fails”Verify you have the current password from sender.
